We start with a 90-minute Event Deep Dive to get inside your event: your goals, audience, team, budget, timeline, current plans, challenges, priorities, and what you've already put in place.
From there, you'll have 10 hours of private strategy time to use throughout your planning process.
This isn't a series of disconnected consulting calls. We're getting to know your event from the beginning, so each conversation builds on the last. We understand what you've already decided, what your team is working on, where you've been, and what's coming next.
